Fantastic Industrial, Loft, Farmhouse, Country Chic Decor. Would be great for displaying nick nacks or plants. (Not recommended for practical use of climbing.) It measures when open 15" W x 21" D plus an additional 4" sticking out (shelf) x 28 1/2" T. There is 10 1/2" between steps. The steps are 3 3/4" D x 11 7/8" L. Bottom step is 5 5/8" from the floor to the top of the step. It has cracks, splits, dings, mars, paint splatters and all that make it worn and rustic, but constructed well and sturdy enough to have withstood the structural test if time. It weighs 10 pounds.
