It is made of metal and rectangular in shape with a black painted finish. It is well built. It has five spaces to hold file folders or envelopes. Made in the USA sticker on the bottom. A lovely addition to your office or craft room decor. It is in good vintage used condition with minimal wear to its' finish (see pics for details). It measures 11 1/4 " L x 11" W x 8" T and there are 2 1/4" between dividers. There are 5 spaces between dividers. It weighs 4 pounds 9 ounces. It will be shipped via USPS.
