Gorgeous carved wood jewelry box. It is stained a beautiful pecan or orangish brown color. The finish is in very good vintage used condition. It has carvings of what we interpret to be hills, prairie and a house or temple on the top and hills with prairie on the front. It has brass closure and hinges. There is bright red velveteen type material that lines the box where jewelry is kept. It has a mirrored lid with a mirror that is in good condition with no chips cracks or noticeable scratches. The inside is clean and in good vintage used condition. There are no rips or tears to velveteen. There is slight wear where the rings go and a few dark spots hard to picture under the tray that is on hinges. The marks are the size of a medium marker tip. Overall this box is a gorgeous piece to add to your collection or give to someone special for their keepsakes. The box measures 9" L x 5 1/2" D x 3 1/2 "T. It will be shipped via USPS.
