Vintage, Valet, Butler, Gentleman's Chair, Mid Century Modern, Seat with Storage Compartment. This piece is PERFECT for a small space to add organization and additional storage. Metal construction, wood box, shapely legs and jewelry/wallet tray. It has a lovely Royal Crest design in the center of the back rest. It is in good vintage used condition. The seat and compartment are covered in a brown textured vinyl on the outside and a simple cardboard/paper material on the inside. There are no rips or tears in the seat. We believe it has been recovered/not the original. The wood we believe is oak and stained a golden oak color. The finish on the wood is in very good condition on the legs and jewelry tray. The metal is brass plated and has substantial wear throughout indicative of age and use. It does not have any odor or musty smell to it. This item will be disassembled to ship. Directions will be provided to reassemble. The item measures 43" T x 24" D (counting hanger bar/wallet tray) x 18" W. The seat is 18" W x 14 1/2" D and from the floor to the top of the seat is 15".
