Gorgeous Buxton vintage jewelry box. When you lift the lid the top compartments lifts as well. The drawer you manually pull. It is a beautiful cream color with tan overlay color on the exterior. The interior has pretty red velveteen lining in the drawer and compartments where jewelry is kept. It has red silky type material on the inside lid with a beautiful gold detailed design in the middle of the lid. It has gold colored knobs. The interior and exterior have some imperfections finish is worn off on the right and left side. There is a cut at top in the shape of a check mark 3/4" L difficult to see on top left. A 3/4" scratch on the top right and wear to the bottom left of the drawer. On the inside there are black marks where jewelry set. Overall it is a beautiful functioning piece in good vintage used condition with wear indicative if age, use and storage. (See pics for details) It has plenty of room for all of your favorite keepsakes. The box measures 12 1/4" L x 8 1/2" D x 5" T. A great addition to your collection or lovely gift for someone special.
