Hamilton Beach electric kitchen knife Model 275-1 120 Volt AC only. Hamilton Beach, Racine Wisconsin Division of Scovill Manufacturing Company. Easy assembly, dual blades, smooth cutting. It works well, should be sharpened, but works "as-is".
White with blue lettering. Great addition to your Retro kitchen decor. There are fractures in the housing that have been mended. It did not effect the functionality of the knife when we tested it though. The unit as a whole is 17 3/4" L x 2 3/4" W at its widest point and 3 3/4" T. Cutting part of blades 7 1/2" L. Total length of blades 11" L.
